All sessions are 55 minutes in duration. 30 minute sessions are available too at a different price. Keep in mind that you are investing in your health & wellness with the outcome being that you will have less sick days and more productivity in your life. Our prices are extremely competitive for the quality of professionalism and training you will be getting with us.

  • Yes! If you are within reasonable distance from our Vienna studio we can certainly come out to you and train you at your home. The pricing for house calls is different from the in-studio prices. Please get in touch with us for more information.

  • In addition to your workout regiment we will provide the support that you need to ensure that you’re eating the right foods in order for you to get to your goals faster. We have the necessary experience and background to create a customized meal plan for you to easily follow. This will take into account the calories you’re intaking as well.

If you have a trainer in mind you would like to work with then we most certainly will grant your request so that you get to work with that trainer, as long as he or she is available and taking new clients.
